Ownership at Seaward is about choice. Whether you picture yourself living oceanfront on tranquil turquoise seas, or harborside just a brief walk from the pool and tennis facilities, once you select your homesite, you may opt to customize one of Seaward’s pre-designed island Concept Homes, or choose work with the architect and builder of your choice to create your personal, fully customized island retreat. Whatever your choice, whether it’s a turnkey-constructed island home or a hand-crafted island estate, Seaward will be pleased to provide you with introductions to the development’s tried and true builders, architects and related contractors.
If you are considering a purchase at Seaward, we invite you to download one or all of the following PDF documents to better understand why we feel Seaward provides unmatched residential value in luxury island living.

Design Guidelines
To assure each Seaward homeowner of the long-term value and undisturbed use of their island home, Seaward’s residential design guidelines do not permit the construction of homes that exceed reasonable use and design parameters. Furthermore, since Seaward is not pursuing speculative investors or homebuyers planning “build-to-lease” homes, Seaward will seek to protect homeowners’ privacy, sense of place and undisturbed enjoyment by limiting residential lighting to protect the beauty of the night.

Estimated Homeowner’s Association Budget
As a direct result of Seaward’s low-maintenance development objectives, the community’s monthly Association maintenance and operations fees (including the community caretaker and concierge compensation) are, in reality, among the lowest on Grand Bahama when compared to similar luxury properties.
