As a nationally recognized, award-winning architect since 1987, Kelly Yates’ projects can be found throughout South Florida, St. Thomas and the Bahamas. Mr. Yates has also designed award winning Mixed-Use Projects as well as Equestrian Facilities and Stables. Kelly has served as the Project Architect for numerous resort-based developments such as Spanish Cay - Bahamas, Trails End Ranch - Jackson, Wyoming and the Barefoot Pointe Club in Islamorada, Florida. Kelly also has extensive experience in the design and production of hotels, restaurants, office & retail facilities and condominium projects. For the last 8 years, Mr. Yates has pursued luxury custom residential projects and has won more than a dozen Prism awards for his architectural design from the Gold Coast Builders Association.
