Seaward’s development team researched and evaluated many construction and material options to minimize the stress, uncertainty and hassle of island construction while maximizing homeowner value, and ultimately selected West Palm Beach’s Royal Concrete Concepts (RCC) to provide the precast concrete construction materials for Seaward’s 3-story Caretaker and Concierge home.
Since 1989, Royall Wall Systems (RWS) and its award-winning sister company, Royal Concrete Concepts, have been used in more than 25,000 applications throughout the Southeast United States, Hawaii and the Caribbean, including the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Haiti, and Santa Domingo.
